Because the service does not separately collect detailed personal data about the recipient in advance, registration or login may be required in order to properly receive, manage, or use a voucher. Unless otherwise stated, a voucher is valid until the end of the third calendar year after the year of purchase. For example, a voucher purchased on 19 September 2020 is valid until 31 December 2023. Unless mandatory legal exceptions apply, purchased products or vouchers cannot be converted into cash or paid out in cash.

The available payment methods are displayed during the order process. The payment methods offered may vary depending on the product, technical availability, and the policies of the payment service provider.

If you select bank transfer (Überweisung), the payment must be confirmed within 7 bank business days from the order date. If payment is not confirmed within this period, the order may be automatically cancelled.

If voucher codes, images, screenshots, or other media are disclosed to third parties or transferred and used in an improper way, GeschenkOn is not liable where the cause lies in the user’s lack of care or other circumstances attributable to the user. GeschenkOn may take necessary measures to protect service security and transaction safety, including usage restrictions, transaction holds, account security reviews, or other appropriate actions.

Account reviews, usage restrictions, transaction rejections, or payment failures may occur due to reviews related to misuse, fraud, anti-money laundering purposes, sanctions screening, security-related anomalies, or internal policies of the payment service provider.
