Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, GeschenkOn GmbH, Königsallee 2b, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, email: [email protected], by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. No fees will be charged for this refund. If a refund cannot technically be processed through the same payment instrument, reimbursement will be made through an equivalent and legally permissible refund route that will be communicated to you in advance.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded or expire early in cases provided by law, but only if the respective statutory requirements are actually met. For contracts concerning digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire early in particular if the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and has acknowledged that this causes the loss of the right of withdrawal, where the statutory requirements are met. If a statutory exclusion or early expiry may apply in an individual case, you will be informed separately before completing the order. Withdrawal or refund will generally not be available under statutory rules once a voucher has already been redeemed or otherwise used as intended; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Special notes on voucher types

GeschenkOn may offer different voucher types. Standard single-purpose vouchers, standard multi-purpose vouchers, reservation vouchers, pickup vouchers, presale vouchers, and event presale vouchers may each have different redemption, date, pickup, no-show, or opening conditions. For leisure, event, reservation, or pickup services tied to a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal may be excluded under statutory rules. The concrete legal classification of the individual offer is decisive. For presale or event presale offers, performance may depend on opening, operational, or event confirmation; the relevant notice text and the legal snapshot confirmed during checkout are decisive for reversal and evidence.

Current SC&T withdrawal, cancellation and refund clarification under Partner Agreement v17.3.1 (effective 22 July 2026)

One shared Stripe customer payment is normally created for a multi-Franchise checkout batch. A withdrawal, cancellation or refund still applies only to the affected seller order. The exact Stripe Transfer for that seller order is normally reversed first, and only that seller-order amount is refunded from the shared payment to the original payment method; the other seller orders and their allocations remain unaffected. The one-time small-order surcharge is refunded exactly once only when no confirmed seller order remains. Only the original payer may request or receive the voluntary refund; a gift recipient has no voluntary refund or cash-conversion right.

This sequence does not restrict mandatory withdrawal, warranty, price-reduction, refund or correction rights. If an immediately due statutory refund cannot legally wait for completion of the Transfer reversal, the refund may be made first and is then recorded as an amount-specific, fully audited remediation and receivable case against the responsible Franchise without offsetting another Franchise allocation. Original payment, voucher and invoice records are retained; cancellation, credit-note and correction documents are linked rather than silently replacing them.

PayPal refund and dispute notice

If you pay with PayPal, GeschenkOn still reviews withdrawal and refund eligibility under the requirements stated in this cancellation policy. PayPal technical refund availability or PayPal dispute filing periods do not extend the contractual or statutory withdrawal period.

When a refund, withdrawal, or PayPal dispute request is reported, GeschenkOn may immediately place the affected voucher on temporary hold so it cannot be redeemed during review. After review, the voucher is either released again or finally revoked.
